Boys and girls,

The bike is not that far from where I live. Some of us are going to check the deal out. First want to find out what sort of foundation was involved in pricing the bike. My guess is the seller had a lot of questions asked and didn't know what to do about it. He's probably rethinking the situation; maybe in the hopes he can come up with a reasonable price for it and still come up with the money he most likely needs for something important.

A collectible of any kind is always of speculative value; what a willing buyer and willing seller can agree upon at a point in time.

It would be interesting to have seen that bike at absolute auction.
