I can't help you with such an early Schwinn track tandem, but my best friend has a 1964 model in lime green that was built for the '64 Olympic trials. As I remember, it was originally used in NYC and had a Kissena Bike Shop sticker on the seat tube. It is I believe 59cm front and back. This one was converted for road use, but could be restored to it's former glory with some work. The finish is original and good considering the age. The 1" pitch chainrings are still with it along with the airlight hubs.

I think it is available for sell in North Texas. I will try and get some pics for the site.
