Tyres invariably feel very loose on Constrictor Conloys unless the correct thick rim tape is used - the rim tape needs to fill the well of the rim. Care does does need to taken with centering the tyres carefully in all cases. 700C Constrictor rims must be very rare - I have never seen any - 27, 26 x 1 1/4 and 26 x 1 3/8 but never 700Cs...
