I remember the Miele brand of bicycles in the 1980s ranging from mid to high end, made of Columbus SL. Could it be possible that Rossin made some of the frames for Miele using various types of tubing? All I can find now is this from Wikipedia: "Miele bicycles were originally manufactured by the Guvin Company of Mississauga, Ontario, founded by Jim Miele who immigrated to Canada from Italy. The company closed in the early 1990s and the name was sold to Procycle in 2001."
