Definitely not a Brooks: The Saddles used in Artistic cycling use a special saddle with a cast (Aluminum?) base. The two traditional German manufacturers of artistic bikes (Walther, Langenberg) use a Walther base, with Leather tops from Lepper (Holland?). I'm unfamiliar with the brand of bikes in the video (Czech provenance?), but the saddles look the same as on the German makers' bikes.
