A 2mm chainring difference can easily be overcome by filing each chainring holes narrower by 1mm. So 102 bcd chainrings can be used on 100 bcd campy triples. That's great because they are plentiful and cheap. Similarly, Shimano 130 bcd chainrings can be used on Nervar 128 mm bcd cranks. As long as the ring is a little bigger, it will not be a problem, and it will be virtually invisible on an inner chainring.

The 36-46-54 campy triples are kinda stupid anyway, it's far better to have say a 32-48-52T triple ...
