Subject: [CR] Pre-'72 Colnago in the Tri-State Area?

Gang, I am wondering if any CR Listmembers in the NYC area (within 2 or 3 hours) happen to own a Colnago Super from 1969-1971. If so, would you be willing to allow me to stop by and take some detailed photos and measurements of the bike? More specifically, I hope to obtain some details on the construction of the fork...maybe take some tracings and measurements of crown point length, tange shape, location/diameter of the two holes 'spot faced' on either side of the crown? I'd like to build a replica fork for a restoration project of mine (a '70 or '71 I obtained sans fork) and I simply have not been able to get detailed info from the pictures that I have obtained. Any help GREATLY appreciated!

Best,
