Early to mid-60s, steel toothless pulleys.
Once the Nuovo Record was introduced and the Record became 2nd tier, they were mounted with the same plastic pulleys that were fitted to the NRs. So, briefly the 9 tooth autodestruct model, then the 10 tooth. I've noticed that the 9 tooth versions fitted to early NRs which are quite rare can be found on Record derailleurs listed on ebay which can sell quite cheaply.
