No, that Talbot lives (lived) in New England (I sold him a vintage Moulton a long time ago.)?

I am fairly certainly this reference is to the bike shop in California, which were among the first to import DeRosa early 70s and IIRC?had famous Brit?mechanic Steve Aldridge on their staff in-the-day. The shop is still around although I hear less pro bike emphasis now.
