I have some of the last lug/bottom bracket blanks made by Haden in the U.K. before they went out of business a few years ago. As many of you know, these lug blanks were used by the best U.K. builders when cutting fancy lugs, including Hetchins, Hurlow, H.R. Morris and Condor (Hurlow), just to name a few. If you have contemplated trying your hand at lug carving, then these lug blanks offer a great starting point. You should also consider snagging a set of these lug blanks to pass on to your frame builder for that special fancy lugged frame you've always dreamed about.
