This is something that happened to me recently. I bought a Vivalo track frame on ebay that turned out to have been stolen and sold on ebay by the guys neighbor. (real smart huh!)
This is the first time this has happened to me personally on ebay. The frameset is now in the hands of its previous owner and im sittin here out a few hundred bucks. Because of the time frame ebay refused to return my money and I am going the long route of credit card dispute.
Anyone else out there have this issue or anyone recently buy some of Vances goods and feel like there should be some sort of protection so that the buyers arent getting fleeced by thieves who already fleeced someone else?
So what now, the parties get thier gear back rightfully but then the other unknowing party gets the shaft?
