The local Wolverines Wednesday night recovery ride had their annual "classic" bike night last week. Some real cool stuff showed up, including a few list members with on-topic bikes. Off the cuff, I can remember: 60s Legnano Pista, 84 Ciocc Designer Prof., two 70s chromed Paramounts, 60s-70s? Raleigh Super Tourer, 80s Paris Galabier, 80s Schwinn Paramount, 77 Raleigh Pro, 80s chrome Colnago Profil CX (with black Super Record), 73 Colnago Super, 80s Specialized Allez (yes, of course it was red), 80s Basso, and there were a few others that I didn't ID or remember.

The photo in this link shows the Paris Galabier on the left, which was VERY light, and an apparent Paramount on the right.

The owner of the Paramount has tried to do research but has only seen one other bike, a track model, with the same kind of orange finish and vivid, almost iridescent graphics. By the way, it is made with Columbus tubing, according to the seat tube decal. Can anyone give any more information about this model of Paramount, please? Thanks...
