Hello,
A local bike recently found a new owner and he asked me to help identify the lug type. They look like a Nervex style but they're not the Pro's or any Legere that I've seen by Nervex. Haden Firefly lugs perhaps? Wondering if anybody might be able to help. Fork crown ID would be of help too.

The frame is a Lennie Rogers track frame which I think was built by Jim Bundy. Any help is appreciated as I'm slowly referencing frames that Jim has built over the years so we can form a kind of archive.
