The card is quite definately a proto-type Brooks Spoke Card!
I've made some enquiries of my friends at the U.K. offshoot of the Selle Brooks business, and they tell me that these cards, which are inspired by those displayed for so many years in our public telephone callboxes on behalf of 'working girls', are expected to be available 'very soon' - printed on High Grade Art Card, numbered and signed, personally, by both Ernesto and Mario Brooks, the Special Limited Edition card will provide the contact details of suppliers of those personal services essential for the busy cyclist-about-town (i.e. Brooks stockists). The first Special Limited Edition will be restricted to only 9,999 units, and is expected to retail for 'not much more than $2.500'; for those who wish to keep their Brooks Spoke Card with them at all times, a wallet 'in hand-stitched, fine-grain animal skin' will be offered at 'less than $1,000, probably'. A shower-proof rain cover ('maybe in phosphorescent thorn-proof tweed') is also expected to be available 'in due course'.
