This bike looks very much like my beloved and beaten Windsor 'Touring Elite' that I bought off a list member. It is currently being flogged mercilessly in NYC - well, it's actually locked up outside right now.

Love the bike. Definently not a 'touring' bike, but has a steep headtube angle, loads of toe clip overlap, Columbus SL tubing (?) and fender/rack mounts. Really a versatile but FAST bike!
Anyhoo, I'm a Windsor fan. Best classic beat-around bike I can think of.
