Sorry for another post but my 1969 Colnago also has those two holes on the underside of the rear brake bridge. With the bottom bracket having a "clover" cuout, maybe this is a 1970 frame. (The 1968-9 had the multiple holes in a circle cutouts I believe)

So you've got a pretty early Colnago with a bit of work to do on it.

For the record, my 1969 frame had to be de-brazeon'd, water bottle holes closed and the fork rebuilt do to cracks on one blade and a lumpy steer tube as well. Ed Litton did that work and repainted it too.
