Yeahhhh .... I spoke too soon. It was nice to talk with John, who I remember from the late 70s (he must be my age, more or less), when I got into race bikes and visited this wonderful shiny bike emporium that the Van Herwerden shop really was, for the first time. Brought back quite a few memories. Quite a step up from the Visser shop that I frequented in Rotterdam where I lived. The Visser shop was slightly greasy, hardcore, and really only for insiders. I'm sorry its gone ...
