From the TOTALLY amateur input department here. For my 69 Raleigh Pro I stumbled upon a 'Magic Marker' solution for my 'one off' attempt at pinstriping.

Testors has a limited number of colors of ENAMELS, packaged in a 'marker' delivery system - and since I was looking for Gold (which they have), I bought a set to play. The marker is WAY too thick the way it comes - but a few minutes with a sharp razor blade and I had an acceptable solution. Pics are a bit tough to see below - but the one front view of the head tube kind of shows my results (and I'd shoot some more for you Jordan if you consider this solution)

Since it's a non'flexible marker, you really can't get up, under and in some tight places..
