[CR] Early Merckx Molteni headtube decals

Dear list, I would like to reproduce the following headtube decals:

I'm hoping that one of you has a good photo that I can use, or know where I can find it in a book or magazine.  Any photo that is even slightly be tter than what I have will be appreciated.

Even better, if one of you lucky souls has a bike with these original d ecals - wow - please let me know.
