Hi Kevin,
>From what I've gathered here in CR-land, I think the TTT Special preceded the Record model, and was around since the early 1960s. This is the stem with the flat top, and SPECIAL pantographed vertically down one side (or both sides?) of the upper quill. Have one here to photograph, if interested.

Hi Listers, What stem would be appropiate for a 67 to 69 road bike? Record gears, Stronglight 93 chainset, Universal 68 brakes, Lyatard pedals etc.

I'd like to use a 3TTT Record with nut & bolt [the type with the stick on badge] but seem to think they may have come a bit later than 69? I had one in 72, along with the ultra light Record bars [also had a badge]

Trying to use something other than a Cinelli, just for a change.

Any thoughts? Cheers Kevin Sayles Bridgwater. Somerset UK
