Now that the Nihon Jitensha Shinkoukai (NJS) has been succeeded by Japan Keirin and Autorace (JKA) to administer Keirin races, will approved parts be stamped "JKA"? I've never seen any and there still seem to be new NJS marked stuff all over.
Is there any movement to standardize race tracks from the 250 meter to the larger 350-500Meter tracks Keirin races use? Seems like until we standardize the racing conditions, there never will be anything like a true World Championship of track racing.
