[CR] Early 70's brake caliper questions

Is there something special about the brake calipers in this eBay auction? http://ebay.com/<blah>

$220 seems like a lot of money for these calipers. I think I've seen similar calipers go for a lot less.

In this later auction, what appear to be later calipers without the flat quick release and with black coated wheel guides go for a lot less: http://ebay.com/<blah>

But are the quick release levers and wheel guides the only differences here?
