[CR]WTB: GB Coureur 66 Brake Spring(1) or Manufacture?

I am looking for one GB Coureur 66 Brake Spring (or a pair). The brake looks like this :

The spring is very unusual because it threads through the center of the pivot bolt. The shape is like a "bass clef" (in a musical sense) and the springs are symmetric so either side would work.

Is it possible to wind your own brake springs, and if so, how ??
