Subject: [CR] Please help me date / identify this frame!

Hello,

I recently obtained a (to my eyes) very old frame. It has horizontal, rearward facing track ends, it appears to use a standard english threaded bottom bracket, 1 inch threaded fork. It appears to have an early form of integrated headset, where the races for the loose balls, are seated in the flared ends of the head tube.

It is pegs for a pump, and minimal lug work.

The only identifying marks on it I can find are the brand "wilson" which is painted on the down tube (which I googled, and found not much of interest) and on the bottom bracket shell where it is stamped "British Made" and it's serial number.

I'm hoping to identify and date this frame if possible to ascertain what I do with it! Wether I look into a restoration, or just build it up as a bike to ride!

Any information and help anyone could provide in helping to identify this frame would be greatly appreciated.
