I can offer one explanation. International Cycle sport was the only lifeline for many of us in the 70s and Les West and the Holdsworth team

were prominent features of that magazine. Plus, as Eddy knows, orange and blue just look great. Phil Brown Had a Monteni orange Colnago in last time I lived Berkeley, Calif. like I do now
