Sure, Charles, by a guy who can't deal with a stuck seatpost in a 2003 (!) frameset . . . and can't spell "custom." Sheesh.

I'm going to go Michael Thompson one better: Tonight I will tape some bars by from the middle of the length of bar tape, starting at the brake levers and working outward. Then I will hoist a cold one and sleep soundly in the knowledge that every dang one of you is taping your bars wrong.

P.S. I think Ray Dobbins contributed the most (maybe only) helpful taping tip to the list when he recomended removing the lever body and taping around the clamp. Works like a charm with cloth or cello. Thanks Ray! Now Ray is more notable to me for this tip than for his impressive collection or superb photography.
