I met Chris Jeucken several times in the late 90s when he acted as the bike mechanic at the International Youth cycle racing at Meirlo where my son Keir was racing - I am pretty certain he built his own frames - he was also an extremely competent mechanic... I have seen several of his frames for sale on Marktplats...
