Look! Kashimax is reissuing the blue-suede aero saddle, for your asian rocket bike. Sugino is issuing cranks that are closer and closer to the traditional "mighty" cranks, with the crown logos. And this year they are offering some of the most beautiful gold/black rings that I've ever seen, anywhere.

It looks like 'classic' was never dead, just out of style, until the market consumed the leftover parts. Now, it appears that there is space to make new parts in the pattern in the traditional favorite patterns.

In my opinion, campy was dumb to get rid of their 2006 hubs and QRS and brifters, and their sherrif star hubs. These three items typically fetch prices way north of original MSRP on ebay.
