A friend of mine has a frame lying around and he's trying to figure out what it is. Originally he thought it was a schwinn or a raleigh, but I talked him off of that :)
I guessed french due to the wrap around seat stays, nevex, etc. He measured the stem size and clamp, 22.0/25.0. So French it is. I was thinking maybe a Follis, but not sure. Pics here:
