A couple of weeks ago someone was after a Campag single stop for the bottom of the down tube......this was I think just for the front gear?
Check out Item number 170395715589 ebay UK.......might have what you were looking for. [I know there was suggestions of 'cutting off the unwanted stop', wouldn't have to with these]
