These early Shimano Dura-Ace brakes have almost no wear. The calipers are not scratched at all & the chrome is excellent. The pads are barely scuffed. A little more cleaning and they could pass for unused. The brake levers have no scratches at all. The boots are dry with little splits along the edges. The boots are very presentable, although not perfect. The handlebar clamps have no pitting, although some doofus must have tapped them on with a hammer & screwdriver, turning up the edges of the bands very slightly. This would be undetectable on a taped handlebar. $100 the set
The Huret Jubilee set is likewise barely used. There is almost no chain scuffing in the cages, no dirt caught in the mechanism and the aluminum is unscratched. The only pitting in the chrome I can see is on the back of the front shifter cage, and is very mild. The clamp bolts are a little buggered. $200 the set
I'm offering these bits here because they are in really fine shape and would set off a period bike quite nicely. Please feel free to make an offer.
