All this talk about 40-hole rims and custom drilling leads me to ask: If blank rims were custom-drilled locally, what was done about the eyelets? A while back I posted to the list about replacing eyelets and no one seemed to have a clue. I did a little checking to see if I could locate a source for the eyelets and hand-setting tools, but without much success.
