Dear CR folk & Peugeotistas,

Many of you will know exactly which model and derivation this is...thank you in advance to let us know. I am not a PX-10 expert nor do I play one on Television!

I have a mid-1970's (?) PX-10 (XX?) for sale and ready for a good home. I bought this bicycle from a college professor in Ohio (Case Western Reserve IIRC) about 12 years ago. I rode it with much "joie de vivre" but at some point 10 years ago it was replaced by a PX 10 LE and hung up in Aladdins Cave. I have recently pulled it down to be moved along back into the cycling world. This bicycle is in very nice shape. The previous owner updated the derailleurs and headset. It has an Ideale 80 saddle, the nifty Simplex Seatpost, Mafac Racer brakes with white half-hoods, Stronglight 93 cranks, Lyotard pedals with old logo Christophe toe clips and Christophe toe straps. The hubs are the nice Normandy Competition with the coveted Simplex skewers. The tubular tires hold air and appear in good shape. The chrome is very nice++ and the paint is very nice as well! I just noticed a small touch-up on the seat-stay but a good detailing and this baby will sparkle. It's 57cm CTC and 59 CTT for the seat tube. The top tube is 58 ctc.

I would like $650 + shipping at cost-no charge for careful and sturdy packing. For local or Southern California pickup or delivery I am open to options. Below are pics it took this early am. Please email if you have any questions.
