No, they made frames with a different italian tubing. The frames looked kinda like this one on the bikecult site:

I used to have two. The weight was similar to Cromor and maybe they actually were cromor, but the label stated it differently. I would have to look into my files to see if I took a picture of the decal. I am also not sure if they didn't use Oria as well.
