Paul, Here are some trike times to give you something to think about........
UK competition records for trikes;-
10 mile = 21.02 [tandem trike is 19.50] 25 mile = 54.48 [tandem trike is 50.13] 30 mile = 1.5.30 [tandem trike is 54.33] 50 mile = 1.53.13 [tandem trike`is 1.43.46] 100 mile = 4.00.01! [tandem trike is 3.50.55]
and miles covered in 12 hours = 255.88 miles
By comparison the current solo 10 mile record is Bradley Wiggins with 17.58 and the 25 mile record is Chris Boardman with 45.57
