Just as an aside.....this is coming from the same 'critic' who insisted on full new replacement cost for a leaky old tubular. Some people's perspectives can be shaded by apparent contrarian antisocial viewpoints. That and the desire to engage in agitant crusades. I have bought 6 of these tires and have had nary a problem with any. IN fact I bought some more today Perhaps the Challenge people sense the Koskonian traits and purposely seek to engage his brilliant and charming personality.
