10 brave steel addicts gathered today to have an end-of-the-season ride in Munich, Bavaria. We had a nice 60km tour through the mostly sunny late-autumn landscape south of Munich with an almost as nice feast... I'm proud to say the old studs managed the whole ride without any trouble apart from my trademark freewheel coming lose, which was fixed in just a few moments. We also managed to annoy some other riders who only could ride chinese plastic imitates by refusing to get dropped by them easily.
A couple of very nice indeed bikes were brought by the members of the "Classic and vintage" corner of the german "Tour-Forum":
Listmember Michi Schmids 1950ies Cinelli "B" a -possibly team- Patria WKC "Jubiläum 1898-1948" a RUFA Sport a Rabeneick Campagnolo (mine) a 70ies Mercier a red Merckx with C-Record a Titan a huge Bridgestone with some interesting parts on it and 2 (!) Vitus 992 Dural Ovoid
