Hi Arno. It's pretty enough but the fork crown and [what look like] stamped rear dropouts suggest that it's gas pipe tubing. [That doesn't necessarily mean it rides poorly.] It looks very much like the old Mercier 100s from the late' '60s, early '70s. Even if it were my size and i really liked the color, i couldn't see spending more than $200.00 U.S. on it. Good luck. The problem is, that i cannot see if it's a real "special Tour De France" or not. It has got Mafac Racer Brakes, simplex derailleurs and a pivo stem, but in general it looks a littlebit cheap with this components (nevermind the cranks). Does anybody recognize the frame, is it 531 or not? I would appreciate any help by buying this fancy icecream. here are pictures: http://www.wooljersey.com/
