Jack- A lot of guys will just use a big old nail a common headed nail large
enough to go all the way through the hub. The head is ground down in
diameter to just fit past the race's axle hole, the head is placed up
against the back of the race and the pointy end of the nail gets hit with a
hammer. Move the nail about the race's circumference and "walk" the race out
with multiple whacks.
