It looks like there is a hole in the frame under the seat lug. Perhaps from a pump mount being broken out? Shame, as it would mean a repair and touchup.
Otherwise it would be very nice buying, and not bad buying for just the groupset! If only I was heading to Holland in the next few weeks!

I wish I knew more about Dutch bicycles and I haven't heard of this frame builder but my, this strikes me as lovely job indeed, nice tight angles, nicely finished in a stunning colour scheme, cool decals and the Buy-It-Now price seems a bargain to me:
