The fork does have the Cuevas signature reinforcement. Nice work in the details too, and I always liked the fluted, curved-in top eye treatment.

Not sure about the official time-frame availability, but 531SL was in use for some time, I believe. My 1983 Stan Pike was partially build with 531SL (actually a mix of 531SL, Super Vitus and Columbus SL tubes).

I had an original 531SL tube set stashed away for many years. Dave Bohm finally worked those tubes into my Bohemian frame.
