They would be "Schwinn Approved." I worked in a Schwinn Raleigh shop not long after and it seemed to me that Weinmann was used in a lot of places in the Schwinn line and prices would perhaps be more cheaper from a supplier that you already did a huge volume with. Then from the fogginess of memory I remembered there was a great site called the Schwinn data book
