I wouldn't accuse that frame of being 531. The seller appears to have wanted to drop names for search benefit without actually claiming that is what it is. Also, there are too many decals in place to have mysteriously lost all trace of the Reynolds only.

Listers,

Can anyone help me ID the model and tubing on this Peugeot? It is listed by a regular seller on ebay, but it has been stripped of many helpful decals.
