Arno - dang, that's a really unusual bike - have never seen one like that, with the Brampton victor seat cluster and set up for center pulls. If you can get it for 35 buck it's the deal of the century.
Looks to be a transition model between the 1970 white Pro and the mink brown one. This one was probably very limited. It's a winner - and will take fenders too! Loads of clearance. Very nice!
