Dean, Pictures, or photos are worth a thousand words, so I suggest you compare my Cinelli to my Windsor at the following Wool Jersey site addresses (compare lug point lengths and number of holes, dropout treatment, fork crown):

1973 Cinelli SC: http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/Kevin-Krugers-Bikes/CinelliSpecialeCorsa1973/

early 70s Windsor Professional (or as Windsor spells it, PROFESIONAL) http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/Kevin-Krugers-Bikes/WindsorPro/

Trust you will see the differences. To some eyes, they are subtle, but they are definitely different.

Not doubting the attribution for a moment, but would you be willing to point out a couple of key attributes of this frame that make it clearly a Windsor "Mexinelli", instead of the real deal.

One is seat post size--I'm assuming the Windsors made from different tubing that leads to the smaller size?

I think I can see some other things that look off, but would love to be educated...
