I've seen both "Falck" and "Falk" around. Libellula, though, was from a different company. The logo says "Castello Mario & Figlio Torino * Tubi Conici per cicli * Tipo 'Libellula'"

this is from a bike parts catalogue from 1951.
The weight of the tubeset is listed as 2430g, a Reynolds 531 as 2100g.
