[CR] When did Stronglight cranks move to British/ISO thread?

I'm wondering specifically about Stronglight 99 cranks. Is there a difference in the crank arm threading (for an extractor) between the older cranks (highly polished, bigger flute w/ finer grain pattern) and the later ones (less polished, smaller flute, rounded edges)?
