Tom- Do mean the parallelogram pivots? If so I have. I made my own pivot rivets from aluminum stock on a lathe, center punched the ends to "rivet" them. The shop I worked at had a Campy parts cabinet but the pivot pins in stock didn't fit the NR derailleur. IIRC I filed down one end of the pivot pins to be pretty much flush with the upper and lower knuckles. Then drove them out with a punch and good support. Don't think I'd do it just to do it. The derailleur worked well enough after but that's a lot of work to do if nothing's wrong already.
