True 56cm c-t seat tube

Just under 55cm c-c top tube.

What you see is what you get. I just have too many projects in the queue right now, and this one has been waiting way too long to get built up.

Paint is a 9 out of 10, with a few light scuffs on the top-tube and one seat-stay. Some paint marring in way of the front derailleur clamp which is largely covered once the derailleur is installed. Some slight yellowing of the panel graphics in places--which are, by the way, pretty easy to find on the open market, just install new ones if you like.

$650 shipped in the lower 48.
