Here are a couple of quick scans of a Ron Kitching spoke length calculator. A slide-rule type tool made of cardboard and based on calculations detailed in a Sutherland's Manual of the era. It shows "Correction Factors" for various "Sprint" rims (aka: Tubular or Sew-up in the US) such as AVA, Fiamme, Martano, and NISI - in addition to Ron's own Milremo "House Marque" and of course Mavic, Super Champion and others.
